@tiptiptapable Your body doesn’t not treat substance correctly when too combined with other substances and thus diluted. For instance, water. Your body does not proccess water correctly when combined in other drinks like soda. If you drink soda and believe you are also intaking thorough amount of water, you are mistaken. This can be said with eating animals that eat grains/vegetables/fruits ect.

@calico992 or he could have meant strongest primate? Think Elephants are stronger than gorillas.

  4. zizzyzam says:

@LittleEmoBoy001 the ratio is usually 1 gram protein per lb of body weight, so for a person that is 175 lbs they would eat 175 grams of protein within their diet for the whole day. It would be hard to calculate the actual total protein taken in as a vegetarian because though labels and all dont show protein being in fruits and all. They do contain protein. So even if someone only ate fruit they would still get protein in their diet.

  5. zizzyzam says:

@NuclearNympho not only amino acids, but loads of fiber, water, antioxidents, and vitamins/minerals in the foods which is a lot healthier than simply eating meat that only contains protein, fat, colesterol, and some iron

  6. zizzyzam says:

He could add into his diet more sweet potatoes, and beans. like he said have 6 meals a day so that you have the protein and carbs commin in all day long. Anyways size of muscle doesnt always mean much when it comes to strength. Seen some small people with some pretty strong muscles for their size.

  7. LittleEmoBoy001 says:

    @zizzyzam

I was just citing the minimal amount needed to maintain any amount of mass. But that number is also for average sized males.

  8. zizzyzam says:

But yeah, bodybuilders not only put too much protein in but, they put steroids in there too. You seen what Jay Cutler eats? Dude eats 10 oz of meat like 5 times a day plus loads of protein drinks. Must be like at least 400 grams of protein, dude dont even weigh 400 lbs, so he taking in way too much protein. lol By the way I’m working on becoming vegan. :D

  9. gts5001 says:

dude you could get totally fat being vegan

  10. MultiTrollHunter says:

I got some decent : Eat some steak you fag.

  11. esca8652 says:

I can NOT get full off a vegan diet. I eat sunflower seeds, peanuts, peanut butter sandwhiches, granola… and I just never can get full or energetic.

  12. KennedyCorey says:

I dont understand. It seems to me that the best food for humans would be what humans ahve been eating for 100′s of thousands of years….berries, fruit, vegs, nuts, water AND fish and game. Why has eating salmon and deer elk and such been considered to be so unhealthy as of late?

    Jericho Sunfire
    Elitom Ben Yisrael
    Pralad Jani
    Wiley Brooks
    Jasmuheen
    Akahi + Camilla
    Henri Monfort
    Mony Vital

and Project Camelot, Disclosure Project…2012, 5th dimension and the grids

Learn all you can about these names and things, and judge for yourself if it’s food keeping your body alive or your mental attitude to just get up and…create your life?

Food puts mass on the body. Ask yourself if anyone on ANY diet who doesnt train hard… do they get fit? No. Your body IS your mind/mindset

Super Buff -does not- equal healthy

  15. PhilMcCool says:

@MultiTrollHunter – I’ve noticed you have nothing better to do with your life than go on videos about vegan bodybuilding and talk shit. Why does it bother you so much that some people are independent of animal products?

ARE VEGANS ALLOWED TO GET HAIRCUT???

  21. leahcimrac says:

Sun Warrior is ridiculously effective. It also has anticancer properties. If vegans waana gain quality muscle then eat Algae and Seaweed.

  25. a2thej2008 says:

I like how people say look at the gorilla eating only greens and look how big and strong they are, so humans must be able to build on a vegan diet. First off we’re not gorilla’s, every human culture ever has included animal products. Secondly, gorilla’s get a massive amount of protein cause they’re eatting plant matter that is 20 plus percent protein and they’re eating 20 plus pounds of food a day. Given that humans don’t eat 20 plus pounds of food per day we need concentrated protein.
