Does your GNC Acai Blast come with instructions on how to consume this? Generally, all this stuff that you buy come with instructions.
Failing that, the general consensus is that
1. Acai berry which generally comes in a pill form, should be taken orally and once or twice a day
2. Generally, colon cleansers come in a pill form as well and can be taken once or twice a day.
You can take both at the same time because each works in a different way in your body and each works on a different part of your body.

i went in to GNC to get a colon cleanse but the clerk told me to get the full body seven day cleanse. is there a colon cleanser in this? or should i get a colon cleanse too.
