Colon/body cleanse?? GNC 7 day body cleanse? help…..?

I have been thinking about doing a cleanse for awhile, but am now seriously considering it because I wanted to start a diet (I am going to be in the wedding of a very close friend soon) and was told the best thing to do before starting a diet is do a cleanse. I was told it will kickstart the diet and get rid of any junk that shouldnt be there and you cant get rid of from dieting. I went to GNC and was directed to their 7-day total body cleanse (the woman said her daughter did it and lost some weight and noticed a difference, also many people she said come back for it several times, and she was planning to buy it for herself. Someone else told me to try Colonix. I am a little weary of that one for some reason. Would you try the 7 day cleanse from GNC (its supposed to be for kidneys, liver, circulatory and colon.) or does this really not have any benefit? does it interfere with any other meds…such as birth control??? just thinking because its got some herbal stuff in it….?

Anyone use one that they like? any comments? Thanks!!!

Me and my friend are starting the Master cleanse on Friday which consists of nothing but liquids. There are three different liquids you must conserve in a day. It really works. i bought super colon cleanse at GNC!!!?!?!?!!!?

i got this yesterday and i took the 4 pills at around 1800hrs since i got it late like at 5. now i started today and took another 4 in the morning and 4 more just right now and i still havent gone POOO!!! like i am supposed to.. i have but its regular not alot….what do you think is happening? wat can i do?!?!?!?!??!

WOW, yeah be careful! You might just get caught short but be patient, it will happen and when it does it might not stop! Ive known people who didnt “go” until 8 or 9 days into the program then, for want of a better word, WHOOSH.

Yeah, just be patient and im fairly confident you will be regular very soon!

has anyone ever used the dual action detoxify and cleanse your colon, from gnc?

it is suppose to cleanse your colon and get rid of toxins in your body. if you have used it, did it work? thanks

I used ‘herbal’ intestinal cleansing a few years ago,…it was not gnc, tho..i don’t think. It was Herbal Health, or Herbal Earth, or something close to that… I used it as an intestinal flush after a trip ‘south’…..had parasites and infection in my intestine…no energy, no stamina..no vitality..health was deteriorating, and my blood counts were way off.
Un like the first answer, i was astonished at the filth i passed within a couple weeks…and as well by the immediate improvement in my physical health and overall energy level rise.
I once used a similar ‘herbal’ tea concoction to gain weight rite after i got stateside from Viet Nam..and i would not hesitate a moment to do a herbal cleansing should i ever feel it would be a viable option to ‘meds’….
There are a number of products on the market today,..and they are well documented as effective in intestinal ‘cleansers’, do some searching on ‘intestinal cleansing’..colon cleansing, and herbal detox,..
I am convinced herbs are underrated by our modern medical profession.

I need information as to whether or not to try one and if they really work to cleanse your intestines and make you feel better.

Have you have tried the Complete Body Cleanse from GNC?

it’s a 2-day liquid formula. you mix it with water and drink it 4 times each day. does it work? what does it do? we told the guy at GNC we were looking into colon cleansing pills and he recommended this for us.
