i took an epsom salt recipe to clean out my colon and had only two apples and a lot of water today and about 20 minutes after taking it i threw up 2 times. can anyone tell me what i should do or why this is happening? thank you.

Has anyone tried cleansing their colon completely? I don’t mean just simply eating more fiber, but a fully natural colon cleansing that includes fasting on water, juices, raw fruits and vegetables etc. I read it can take anywhere from 3-4 weeks or up to two months. Does anyone have any colon cleansing recipes or tips?
