Easiest/best ways to cleanse your colon if your “irregular”?

i find the colon cleansing pills don’t help me as much.
Is a colon cleansing tea much better because its hot?
I shouldbe drinking lemon water but i really hate it in water.
Chrones disease runs in my family but i dont think i have it, that would be much more of a hell situation.

I’m open to any suggestions, and hearing your experiences would be good for good feedback, but the idiots who say you shouldnt do a colon cleanse please save it because my body clearly needs this.

If you are irregular you can try what my husband uses. Bromalite colon cleanse made of natural ingredients like mangosteen, grape seeds etc. It helps to cleanse and have a regular motion, http://p.gs/0yc2y

Just remember one thing Jennifer, whatever you use in your enema may well be absorbed through the colon and into the blood stream.

My mom has just recently been coming off of the Master Cleanse (aka Lemonade Diet). It’s really good, and it is a good cleanse for a lot more than just your colon. We just have the book, but I bet you could find it online. Best of luck!

i started drinking green tea along with my diet and exercise program, and it seems as though it is causing me to have more frequent bowel movements throughout the day. and when i say frequent, i mean like at least 3 a day. can anybody shed some light on a possible answer to this question?
