Why do a full body cleanse? Cleanses are very important to our health and general well-being. Another term for cleanse is detox. So what does full body cleanse or detoxification mean? Detoxification is the process of eliminating toxins from your body. There are 2 major types of toxins: Environmental Toxins and Metabolic Toxins. Environmental toxins are ones that our body is exposed to through the air, water and food. Metabolic toxins are toxins that are produced by our body, inside our body. Juicing is a excellent way to get started. Maybe you have a recipe you’d like to try, and if not, just by starting to juice with fruits you enjoy will be yummy.
