Does Dual Action Cleanse really work? Have you tried it?
A few months ago my husband and I bought Dual Action Cleanse but then we stopped taking them because I read all kinds of bad reviews online but now I want to continue taking it because I paid $40 for each one.
Have you or someone you know tried it?
Does it really help you lose a few pounds?
Does it really flatten your abdomen?

It does not flatten your tummy nor does it burn fat. It simply washes your inside walls promoting a healthier life style.
Now if you take this product and you eat better and exercise regularly than it could promote better well being and a healthier body!

which of these 2 detox should i take? read FULL details please?
I am a young mother of a 2 yr old and a 7 month old. So, yes i had 2 kids within 2 years. Before i got pregnant with my first son i was barely 105lbs. However i wanted to gain weight. Well at 9 months pregnant with him i was up at about 165lbs. I lost alot of weight immediately after birth and worked off the rest within a few months. I got down to about a steady 115lbs where i was pretty happy with. Then i got pregnant with my second son i got up to 160lbs with him. I was terrified when i got on the scale after having him and seeing i lost only 5 lbs when i had a 8lb baby. I tried dieting and exercising, for the past 4 months I haven’t lost a single pound. I’m stuck around 135lbs. While i like some areas of my body, there are others that i don’t. My stomach is VERY bloated, like i said i have tried strictly dieting and exercising. The weird thing is while i weighted more when i was a few months post partum my stomach was ALOT flatter then what it is now and now i’m back to looking like i’m 4 months pregnant. I’ve always had a small frame and i’m only 5’3 so its very “apparent’ on me. I don’t mind the numbers (how much i weigh) i just can’t stand the pudges (both my belly and “love handles”). I know i gained alot of water weight with my last son that i obviously never gotten rid of and my BM’s have been soooo irregular. I have decided to give a detox/cleanse a try before starting my next diet. I picked up two from GNC, one is the Cellular Research Formulas® Dual-Action Cleanse® With Free Green Tea Fat Burner and the other one is the Acai Power Berry Pure-Body Cleanse. Both had good reviews but i was hoping to get some advice from those familiar with detoxes and who can relate to my situation. Like i said i just want to lose some of this extra weight from my last pregnancy but most importantly get rid of this gut. ***FYI i don’t want any smart comments on here. i’m asking for advice on WHICH detox to take and any tips…NOT comments saying “don’t just diet and exercise”. Thanks in advance.

Detoxing is a myth. It is an idea that was never backed by science but by companies selling scam products. Look into it through reputable sources of information and don’t waste your money. Just eat healthy, exercise and your body takes take of foreign and undesirable substances on its own.

Can you use the Aveeno Daily Moisturizing Lotion on your face as a moisturizer?
I was previously using the Clean & Clear Dual Action Moisturizer but that dried my skin out to the point where skin was flaking off, and the Neutrogena moisturizer I wanted to try wasn’t there. I saw very good reviews on this lotion so I bought it but I’m not sure if you can put it on your face as a daily moisturizer after you cleanse.

I’ve been using this on my face, every night. It works really well, and it says on the back of the bottle it won’t clog pores.

Okay so i posted pics of everything cuz sometimes I write a name down thinking its for that product but its not.
Okay so IM breaking out a bit so im gonna use the blemish thing, but on the tube it says cleanse face with like a toner or w.e, and then apply. So do i after put on the moisturizer, cuz wouldnt that be dumb cuz its overcoating the treatment cream?? Or should I use toner, then moisturizer, then treatment cream?

To answer your question, you should use the toner, moisturizer, and then the treatment.
Along with that you NEED cleanser. A toner is not going to completely clean your skin, you need a cleanser that will get the gunk out of your pores and the dirt off your face. Astringent is what you use AFTER you clean your face and it’s used to get rid of the excess soap residue and to close up your pores and restore your skin’s pH levels. Clean and Clear makes plenty of cleansers that you can use. Try a cream cleanser.

that’s it all most the same stuff everyday people tell me to use the same thing all most everyday so here and i am so happy to try a new brand that i head good reviews form
i do use a scrub every other 4 days
i do use the normla stuff cleanser toner moistersizer and scrub

You just need to cleanse, tone and moisturise every morning and evening. You are cleansing twice with the cleansing pads and then the wash which isn’t good. You dont need different products for different days, and you should exfoliate once a week.
